If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter. Please note you have 7 working days from receiving the goods to report any unwanted items (unused and in original packaging) and 48 hours from receiving the goods to report any damages.  We therefore advise all items are checked immediately after receiving delivery.  Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.
