Heat Mat can provide you with electric underfloor heating to fit beneath virtually any floor covering. Heat Mat offer full lifetime manufacturers warranties on all heating mat and 3mm cable products. The 3mm thich heating mats are particularly suitable for heating large areas where their installation can be quicker than a loose 3mm cable system. Heat Mat supplies in outputs of 160w/m2 and 200 w/m2 coming in a large range of sizes. The Heat Mat Product range includes:

  • Heat Mats. These are fast to fit, good for large areas and conservatories and BEAB & VDE approved
  • Heating cable. These offer flexible heating in complex and wide areas. Most suited as a new build option.
  • Underlaminate. Heating specifically designed for laminate flooring as has a minimal build height, tailor-made spec and is 140w/sqm.
  • Thermostats. Wide range of thermostats availble. Choose from manual or programmable thermostat and variety of stylish designs. All are BEAB & VDE approved, produced by OJ electronics with a 3 year warranty and are IP21 rated.
  • Marmox. This is structural insulation board that prevents heat loss and speeds up heating. Marmox insulation boards are only 10mm thick.
  • Accessories. These include Mira Thermoplan, Mirror demisters, Fixing bands and Repair kits.
