Ocean Lighting will normally deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days. All orders placed before 1pm on items in stock in our Middlesbrough branch will be delivered next working day by courier service DPD. Deliveries to UK non mainland and Republic of Ireland will be delivered on a two day DPD courier service. If not in stock in our Middlesbrough branch items will be ordered from our suppliers and delivered to you within 3 to 7 working days.

Ocean Lighting will email you when your order has been dispatched and provide an expected delivery date and delivery service that will be used. For DPD courier services you will receive a text or email on the morning of delivery from courier DPD with a predicted 1 hours time slot for delivery. This service is only available if a mobile or email address is provided. We hope this helps plan your working days and means no waiting in all day for deliveries. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check your item before signing. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter. Please note you have 14 days from receiving the goods to report any unwanted items (unused and in original packaging) and 48 hours from receiving the goods to report any damages. We therefore advise all items are checked immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.
