Alexandra Diyas Table Lamp

I bought this lamp from ocean lighting which was dispatched within 24 hours and delivered securely packed. The lamp is absolutely stunning with its magnificent high quality crystals, much better than Bohemian ones which I have as well. The lamp needs to be assembled and uses only Halogen bulbs, best to get the Eco Halogen 28W bulbs and comes with dimmer switch. I was able to get for half price sale and on top bonus 10% spring sale discount. No other company will be able to match ocean lighting prices. Highly recommended company and products

Lost screw

I ordered lighting back in 2019, and finally got to put it up. It looks amazing. But during assembly I realised I’d lost a screw along the way! I emailed Ocean Lighting and Connor was amazing. His communication was quick and concise. He went above and beyond to find the replacement screw. Amazing customer service. Thank you

A first class box, well made and solid. Looks sturdy and the lid is not flimsy.

Bedroom light

I don’t think I’ve ever had a box delivered in such good packaging, there was a box with the light in, this was very well packed, this was put in a bigger box that had thick bubble wrap, cannot fault this, this is one of the best packed deliveries I’ve ever had, usually get boxes that are damaged and not packed well, The light is fantastic and Well done,

Antique Brass Reading lamp

I ordered an antique brass reading lamp on 22 Dec 2022. The item was delivered well wrapped on 23 Dec 2023!! Easy to assemble and fantastic quality, excellent price and service. I can really recommend this supplier.

Excellent

I received excellent customer support from Connor and Zoe. The light originally supplied had a manufacturing fault, so we swapped for another and that had the same issue. Ocean dealt with this for us and sorted with their supplier until the fitting was correct. Very happy and would definitely use them again.
